No — you do not need to be home during drop-offs or pickups. Many of our Buffalo and Western New York customers are away when we deliver or pick up. Just let us know where you would like the dumpster placed and leave clear access for our driver. We will call or text if we have any questions. You are welcome to be there, but it is not required.
